You are entering mol/L and PHREEQC is converting the concentrations to mol/kg water. You have concentrations of about 1 mol/L for some constituents and the conversion to mol/kg water involves density (assumed 1.0) and subtracting the mass of the solutes to find the mass of water. The concentrations in mol/kgw are calculated by dividing by the calculated mass of water. If you set the units to mol/kgw, no conversion will be necessary.
