I'm not sure if you are talking about the output file (prefix.out by
default) or the selected-output file (rollfront.csv in your file). It is
possible to limit the output to both files.

For the output file, blocks of output (distribution of species, saturation
indices, etc) are controlled by the PRINT datablock. The cells to be
printed are controlled by the -print_cells option in TRANSPORT. The time
steps that will be printed are controlled by -print_frequency of TRANSPORT.

For the selected-output file, printing to the file can be turned on and off
by simulation (simulations are concluded with END) with -selected_output in
the PRINT data block. The cells to be printed during transport are
controlled by the -punch_cells option in TRANSPORT. The time steps that
will be printed is controlled by -punch_frequency of TRANSPORT. The data to
be printed to the selected-output file is controlled by SELECTED_OUTPUT and
USER_PUNCH. You should be able to get just what you want in the
selected-output file.
