You should be able to run phast from a dos window in one of the example-problem directories, say examples\ok, by invoking "phast ok" (provided you used the install option to modify your path). Typing the command should invoke a script, bin\phast.bat, that runs the programs bin\phastinput-rc2.exe and phast-ser-rc2.exe.
