All analytical facilities for this project are housed in the Marine Street Science Center on the Research Campus of the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colo.

	Ion Chromatography (IC) Analysis Our lab maintains two Dionex® ion chromatographs for analysis of anion, cations and organic acids.
Shimadzu® GC-17A Gas chromatograph (GC) used for CH4 and N2O analysis.	Hewlett Packard® Model 5890 GC used for O2 analysis.
	Antek® Series 9000 Total Dissolved Nitrogen (TDN) analyzer.
	Sievers® Model 280 Nitric Oxide Analyzer.
	Exeter® CE-440 Elemental Analyzer employed for Carbon Hydrogen Nitrogen (CHN) analysis.
	Glove Box for anaerobic microbe incubation and isolation.
