Re: PHREEQC (version 2)

There are a few rates for kinetic reactions defined in the RATES datablocks
in the databases (K-feldspar, albite, calcite, pyrite, organic_c, and
pyrolusite, in phreeqc.dat). Some of these rates still require some
parameters to be entered. Tony Appelo put these rates together from
literature values.

You invoke these kinetic reactions by including a KINETICS data block with
the names of the kinetic reactions that you want and often the formula of
the reaction. Unless you only want the few that are predefined, you are
going to have to write your own rate expression, using RATES, and your own
reaction and possibly parameter values, using KINETICS.
