In places, it indicates that CHEMVAL can be used with PHREEQC, but I have never seen anywhere you could download the database in any format. If you locate the database, I would be willing to help put the data in PHREEQC format if it is not too much work. For example, I don't think I would try to translate minteq.dat or llnl.dat again because they took a lot of effort.
