Arsenic update


Hi David,

Jim Ball has made a couple of changes to the arsenic data. The data for
As2O5(cr) have been revised, and native arsenic has been added.
Unfortunately, PHREEQC 2.8 does not contain these changes, but here is an
updated version for you.
