> When I try to equilibrate Hematite (Fe2O3) in pure water (pH=7, temp=25) using EQUILIBRIUM_PHASES data block, I get the following messages: If it does not say "ERROR" anywhere in the file, then it should be ok. PHREEQC has a hard time with solutions that have no redox buffering (pure water) and with small concentrations (<1e-13). Your problem has both. You can get rid of the warnings if you include the following in your input file: SOLUTION_SPECIES H2O + 0.01e- = H2O-0.01 log_k -9 Adding this species generates some redox buffering. > I get input errors when I try to do multiple reactions in NaOH solutions, but runs fine with HCl. What's going on? I don't know. If you send the file with errors, I can probably tell you.
